Today I'm all groupied out by the venue we're playing - This is the place that everyone who was ever anyone played - It's the place where Jimi Hendrix did some of his most memorable shows and I couldn't fuckin wait!!

Did an interview with radio station Live 105 today and that rocked - we did like a panel thing with one guy who promotes indie british music and another guy who dones a magazine on songwriting in northen California and for some reason the whole thing was really enjoyable and we got our Arista rep to take us to an awesome Japanese resturant too - love the expense account eh!

The bill is joined by 30 seconds to mars - I suppose the easiest way to describe them is kind of like really heavy modernised Rush but that still doesn't acurately describe it - Most people would be familiar with the singer Jared Leto as an actor.

The show itself was good - familar yells and whoops from the enlightened in the audience and we did our thing. Obviously I was hoping for one of those absolute stormers tonight but it didn't really happen - Flat nights happen to all of us, Just a bummer it was in San Francisco.

PS - San Francisco is fuckin' georgous - It's like wellington on growth hormones. Hills, Harbour and lots of people who don't want the war in Iraq going down.
